BUG: Export of rtf-comments spaces an german umlaut

Hi, 
there is a bug with exporting rtf-comments with spaces an german umlauts.

For explanation see the following pictures:

2. Export to html output looks like this:

    Task with RTF-Comment

    Hi, this ist a ����� comment� with more spaces than neccessary.

     

    And this is a comment with german Umlauten � = Ae; � = Oe; � = Ue; � = ae; � = oe; � = ue

Thx.

There's a temporary workaround which is to disable 'Use Microsoft Word for content format conversions' in the Rich Text preferences accessed via its toolbar icon.

Thanks a lot for the fast answer.

The workaround is OK with extra spaces and German Umlauts.

As soon there is a table involved the result is confusing.
