BUG: Problems downloading Spell-Check-Dictionaries

when I right click in the comments of a task and select "Check Spelling" then a window opens, where I can select the dictionary.
My list is of dictionaries is empty, so I click on the link "Download More Dictionaries".
Then the following page opens:
http://abstractspoon.pbworks.com/w/page/1262231/Spellcheck-Dictionaries
This page forwards to:
http://abstractspoon.pbworks.com/w/404/Spellcheck-Dictionaries
So the page is not found.
Can you please correct this, so that I can download Spell-Check-Dictionaries?

I downloaded the Spell-Check-Dictionaries from Github.
Where do I have to install them into?

I put it to my TDL-data on drive d:\ and used „Select file..“ in the spell checker“ dialogue.
