Question: Hide parents (folders) in list view and sort according parents priority

Hi guys,
1. Is it possible to sort tasks according folders attributes they are in? (e.g priority)
E.g if i sorting by task priority and there is 2 tasks with 10 priority but one is in root folder (project root) with 10 priority and another one in root folder with 9 priority.
So task with highest project priority should be first even it has same priority as another task.
2. Is it posible to hide root folder of the tasks in list view?
