BUG: Maximizing Comments leads to the comments format droplist appearing twice

Select View -> Maximize Comments: The Field "Format: Simple Text / Rich Text" will be doubled

On the right side is the old filed, inactive.
On the left side is the current field, active.

Edit:

• There are also artefacts in the background of the "Format area" if the window is changed.
• Changing the tab of a TDL file resets the setting of "Maximize comments"

Edit 2:

• The title bar of TDL displays the task-title when "Maximize comments" is selected.
• But it does not change if the task is changed
