BUG: TDL 7.1.2.3 broke the outlook mail drag N drop link feature

Hi Dan,

Since 7.1.2.3, The drag 'n drop feature of an Outlook mail doesn't work anymore.
Instead of making a shotcut link to the mail, it's only display some informations about it (sender, subject ...) but don't create the link anymore.

I've reverted the download to 7.1.2.2 if you want to roll your version back.

Should be fixed now but it's still 7.1.2.3 so you'll need to update manually.
