BUG: Archive issue

Hi Dan,

I had a problem when I archived completed tasks (Tools  >> Archive Completed Tasks)

The new archive file has no custom attribute, I lost custom attributes for all tasks.

Could you help me please

PS: I noted they were copied in some cases to the new file, but they are not displayed untill I create these custom field by hand

You can import them from the original Tasklist  (View | Custom Attributes:  Import...)

You should do this before modifying the archive Tasklist:
the custom attributes values are initially in the .done.tdl. But after saving in ToDoList all custom attributes are deleted.

Same behavior in ToDoList v7.1.5. The definition of the custom attributes is missing (<CUSTOMATTRIBDEF ...)

I'm sorry. In my example it seemed to work.

But now with 2 fields (simple Text and multi-selection like yours) it copies only one field.

Dan, I tested version 7.2.2

Now todolist creates custom fields automatically, but Im still losing much data,

only some records are copied properly in custom fields confgurated as fixed data multi selection.

I attached a file example for your tests

1) Observe that almost all records have field "Unidade" filled.

2) Tools>> Archive completed tasks

3) Open archive and observe that "Unidade" field has lost data
