BUG: New Task or Edit Task Title issue with long task list

If task list is longer than screen height (i.e. right scroll bar is visible in Task Tree window) then choosing New Task [...] or Edit Task Title effects in the following behaviour:

- Title field becomes input field as it should;

- now please do some scrolling with mouse wheel;

- Title field then doubles - input field stays in place, but its copy moves up or down;

Obviously input field should move up or down with all the tasks while scrolling without doubling effect.

Yes, this is an old problem I discovered quite a long time ago but have failed to find a nice solution for.

However when I fix it I will probably do what Explorer does and just cancel the edit if scrolling occurs.
