Suggestion: Select the 'Display delete confirmation dialog' option by default

Not having this option ticked by default is a real liability - I've deleted several tasks when hitting delete when working in a different app on a different monitor and not realising that TDL still had the focus!

I've not heard anyone else complain and it's considered best practice not to display delete confirmation popups if an app has undo functionality. Otherwise it just annoys most people.
