Question: Permanent Tasks/Folders

Is is possible to set specific tasks as permanent or to add a folder to group tasks by?

The problem for me is that I've set "Show" to "B) Incomplete Tasks" and then some tasks that I use for grouping is also hidden as all subtasks is completed.

One existing option would be to disable this preference:

Tools > Preferences > Tasks > Attribute Calculations > Treat tasks whose subtasks are all completed as also being 'completed'
