Let's say Task B depends on Task A.
Can I hide Task B until Task A is completed?

If you hide it then it will not be visible in any view. Are you sure that's what you would want?

I'm thinking of a Filter attribute "Completion of dependent task".

You're right that this does not make sense in every view. It would make most sense in the listview and treeview.
