Suggestion: Show name of file embedded in rich text Comments

When a file is embedded into rich-text comments via drag/drop, the shortcut shows the file type, not the file name. I understand that at this point the data is no longer contained in a file, it's now a blob in the .tdl. But with more than one of the same file type we don't know which is which. I think there should be metadata on the object.
