Hi Dan,
if there are multiple meetings a day concerning the same project / ToDoList I sometimes am having difficulties seperating out which tasks were modified in which meeting if I have to postpone writing the protocol to a later time.

To make life easier I would appreciate a feature that allows you to track the changes in the list from a certain point in time on and save that.
I could imagine solutions like
  • Automatically add a tag to changed tasks, which could be activated by a button.
  • or as a similar approach: flag tasks if they are edited. Then the user can decide wether to set a tag or do something else with the flagged tasks.
  • Make last changed datetime filterable via the dropdown filtermenus

What do you think?

cheers

Check out the 'Recently Modified' attribute and/or filter.

FYI, the 'cutoff period' for this attribute is specified in: Tools > Preferences > Tasks > Attribute Calculations > Period defining 'Recently Modified' tasks
