BUG: Gantt Chart Decades View is 1 decade off

Hi Dan,

just noticed a graphic glitch in the Gantt Chart view in Decades setting.

I attached a small tasklist with a few entries.

The Gantt Chart draws them one decade in the future as show here:

ps. Strange that 'Quarter Centuries' is correct but 'Decades' is not - they use the same code!
