Suggestion: Change Comments keyboard shortcut for pasting unformatted shortcut

Hi, Dan!

Is there any possibility to redefine shortcut for "Paste unformated" text?  I do not see any option in the preferences.

The current one "Shift-Ins" is terribly inconvenient... Every time I need to pase something I have to use both hands to press "Shift" and "Insert". 

Or if it's not possible to add an option maybe it could be changed in the code?

e.g. The shotcut for formatted text to be "Ctrl-V", for unformatted "Ctrl-Shift-V"?

Really?

I would say that Shift+Ctrl+V is much harder to do one-handed :~

Shift+Ctrl+V harder? You do not need to move your hand at all. It's resting at the same position as usually and you just use one more finger to put it on "Shift" and do the same action that you do when just pasting! :)

When using Shift+Insert, you have to move your another hand, locate Shift button and only then feel where the "Insert" is, press it and move hand back to your default position.

Of course, this a rather personal opinion :) That's why I would prefer the setting to change it as anyone wish instead of hardcoding it. :)

There are actually quite a few things that have to be done to make this work so unfortunately it gets prioritised fairly low down the list, but I'll bear it in mind.
