BUG: User defined tools do not support 'Icon' images correctly

As "Icon" for user defined tools I can select what I want - ico, exe, png, bmp, .. - but mostly it does not make sense, because PNG and BMP are not used (only the icon which displays that it is a BMP/PNG), from exe is takes only the main(?) icon, ....
Please use a more precise version of this command: other tooltips, filters (by extension) in the "select files - dialogue" and so on.

FYI, this fix does not provide filters as you suggested just to avoid a translation change but does now display the actual image itself

It seems to be OK with JPG etc., but it does not handle bad selections:

 

- select a PDF

- the preview in the filed „Icon“ is empty

- press OK: the UDT vanish from the menubar, because the empty icon is not displayed

- start Preferences again

- the UDT still exists in the list, the preview in the list is empty (white), but the preview in the field „Path“ displays an Icon taken from another UDT

I'll fix this so that the icon path show's the same icon as the file path in situations where the icon path does not point to an exe with an icon or an image file.
