BUG: Adding Tasks & Tags

Hi, 

Using TDL v.7.1.5.0.

Building up my To Do List items.

Two questions please.

1. Adding Tasks

When adding a task in the midst of my current list of tasks, I notice that when I hit 'Enter' key at end of entering the task title, the task gets moved down to the bottom of the task list.

Is that normal behavior?

I want task to stay located where I entered it in the list.

2. Adding Tags

I have created 4 tags. I entered their names into the task attribute area at bottom of TDL window.

Now, when I wanted to enter a new tag name, it won't let me do it. 

Is there a limit on number of tags or do I need to enter tags in a different location?

Are you sorting by any particular column?

2. Adding Tags

Have you made the tag list read-only? (Tools > Preferences > Tasks > Defaults > Dynamic Droplists)

ps. If you can attach your preferences file (ini) that would help...

Thanks as always for your help and input!

As for sorting by a column....don't think so....

And making tag list read-only....nope....

I tried this again on laptop and now adding tasks and tags works normally....go figure?.....maybe laptop had the hiccups yesterday....

Strange...

Well, even stranger.....

Today, I tried adding a new task about 4 rows down from the top one. Hit the enter key and the new task moved down to the bottom of the list.

I tried add a new task again and this time it stayed in the row where I entered it.

Go figure......  ;-)
