Suggestion: Support multiple file links in new UDT $(selTFileAll) param

This is a follow-on enhancement to new support for multiple files in file links.
Please add a new $(selTFileAll) parameter for UDTs. Might require a mod to $(selTFile), since the value for that can be ambiguous if there is more than one file. Might be best to document that as returning only the top / first / most important file link.
Per Dan about a related issue : 7.0.RC4 now always passes the full file link path to UDTs.
And $(selTFileAll) is on the list for 7.1.
