Suggestion: relative file paths for file links in comments also.

Task lists have relative file paths, so why not comments also?

I had a look and it shouldn't be too hard to implement, but I'm going to save it for 7.1 because I want to avoid introducing any significant code changes to 7.0.

Now that 7.1.DR3 supports relative filepath links in Comments field, is there/will be there a way to make it as the default option?
