Question: Allocated By selection box is not multiselect

Allocated To has multiselect and I'm sure I've used multiselect in Allocated By in the past, but maybe I'm wrong.

I can safely say that 'Allocated By' has never been multi-select and I don't see a strong business case for changing it.
