BUG: Copy/Paste image to Comments, Embed Link shows "(Command Line)"

Minor anomaly occurs after recent fixes/enhancements in 7.0.11.

Copy/Paste any image into rich text Comments, and then use the "Embed a Link option".
The file link shows the file name with " (Command Line)" appended.
I an understand that you might want to indicate this is a link rather than an inline copy. Perhaps "(link)" is more appropriate?

This issue actually seems to go back as far as 6.5 or whenever the option was first implemented.

The code implementing it was cobbled together from many sources and is something of a 'dark-art'.

However I shall continue to look at it.
