Suggestion: Allow for Both Global and Local Icon Selection

Is it possible to make its so that if both the global 'Resources\Icons' and the local (relative to the current task list) 'Icons' folders exist, that TDL will be display icons from both of the folders (with the local folder taking precedence (in case of file name conflicts))?

Current behavior is that if the local 'Icons' folder is present and contains at least 1 icon, it will be used instead of the global icon folder (as a result existing non-built-in icons (from the global folder) will not be rendered).

Yet it is very useful to have some highly specific icons reside in the local folder relative to the task list, while most other, commonly used icons reside in the global folder, but both are used.
