Hi,

just another suggestion:

What I´m missing is a fast way to select/change the current (saved/prefined) filter.

So maybe you could add one or all of the following functions:
- Make the filters available for assigning shortcuts
- Make filters available via commandline options (via own option or via -cmd command)
- Make filters available for Menubuttons

As far as I understand, all three options are based on the same underlaying technic, so maybe we got all of them anyway, if you implement one ;-)

I could imagine, that it would be a good approach to make the filters available just like the views, where I can assign a shortcut or button to "view -> task view visibility -> task view visibility 1-16"

QUESTION: Or did I miss something and that is already there? - But where? :-)

Thanks a lot!!

Hi Nico,
maby I can give a hand.
I use the 'Find Tasks' Function

a lot where I define my custom filters

and like this can quickly jump between different filters.
Are you aware of this functionality?

Hope this helps.
cheers
Mikro

Hi mikro,

Thanks for your answer!
Yes I know that and I already use this a lot. But I need some klicks to change the filter, so I would prefer to have a key shortcut for every single filter.
Additionally with a shortcut, we would add the ability to use that with automations :-) (i just experimented with the -cmd commandline option :-) )
