Thanks for the quick response. I am not too worried about scaling up, I only have 21 counties and about 600 towns to input.
Any help on the syntax would be appreciated as I am a rookie ;)

Hi Carl--It's not currently possible but it would be feasible by, say, using a special syntax in the 'Default data:' field (The 'Icon' type already does this to allow names to be assigned).>> i.e. a list of towns within each county in the state
But the problem in your example is one of scalability.The US has 3142 counties spread over 51 states giving an average of 60+ counties per state. Even if each county only had 10 towns that's a default data list of 300+ lines.So to make this work we would really need a '.txt' import function and to make the dialog resizable or to provide a resizable popup dialog to make editing manageable.Or would you be happy to add/edit all that text within the existing field? ;)
