Hi,

I was use ToDoList  today and I enabled calendar view . It is full of task but to be honest is very difficult to read or analyse any think because of   small day square and a lot of task. I was thinking maybe better will be separate calendar from other panels? I mean when i am creating new task on calendar tab it will show only there and not show in List view or Task Tree . Of course if you will create any To Do on calendar you can have possibility to associate with task from other Panels (if you need that). I mean  for analyse project or task in time better use Gantt View. Calendar for my is more to mark something what I don't wanna have on my Task List. It's only my point of view.

Greetings

Hi Firdea

Each tab is really just an alternative 'view' (or 'display') of the data displayed in the Task Tree.

They all show the same data except where settings on each of the tabs allow tasks to be hidden.

So it's possible to show less tasks on the other tabs but it is not possible to show more tasks.

Have you tried 'playing' with the calendar preferences to reduce the number of visible tasks, or perhaps you could suggest some other preferences that could be added to reduce the number of tasks?

Dan
