Hi Marcus (and others):

While you created this list to discuss one issue (the root relative URL issue), it would be a shame to assemble people interested in enterprise and professional use-cases and then just let them disperse.  We could really use an ongoing place to discuss enterprise and professional user issues without the flame wars that erupt on the wp-hackers list because the list in not moderated.  What about changing this list name to "enterprise-wp" and adding some exception rules for moderation?

Some list rules can be "No dismissal of another person's perspective as stupid", "If you want to challenge a person't approach do it respectfully by exploring with them their use-case to ensure they actually understand the issues as you see them" and "If their opinion differs after exploration then graciously accept that their perspective is just a valid as yours even though it might be different" and finally "If you think they are wrong then simply keep it to yourself" (i.e. no "_doing_it_wrong()" replies.)

Thoughts?

I dig it, I especially like enterprise-wp, but perhaps wp-enterprise
to juxtapose it with wp-hackers? :D

I'll jump on it tomorrow, trying to get into bed before midnight each
night this week is failing...

I suggested "enterprise-wp" as "enterprise" is the adjective. Similarly, "hackers-wp" doesn't work either. But either will work if you feel strongly about it...
