Any ideas, star frontiers/traveller or its own universe?

Oddly I find the movie, sort of parody of Willises other movies, like Die Hard, but still fun anyways.

I love that movie. Cheesy and campy, and yeah, still very much in the vein of Willis films. I love how dirty and over-the- top everything is. It somehow fits where I can see the actual future Earth developing.

I also love some of the subtle lines, like "Of all of your unit, you're the only one left alive," which  meant that somehow Finger - probably Dallas' only family ever - got killed in just the last few hours.

Understand the feeling.

Driving cab, and living like he did in the movie at times.. Will see what the future brings.

Last in his unit, not that bad.. Just not connected with many since I got out. Not like I have had that much connection with family and ... will see.. I can see what ya mean about future earth, a sort of Judge Dredd or like feel.. Been seeing it locally, with the rich living on the top of buildings, so they do not have to connect with the people at ground level? Ground level becoming dark, clouded wtih exchaust, they try trees and like, but will see.. Traffic is conjested, but thats often due to lack of real good past planning, or .. Peopel going to work or just ... not all sure if many people here even work.. Or they just have some idea of one person, driving a jacked up pick up truck is cool, even if most obviously do not use them for real work, its the cowboy ideal or some such..

What other movies, could you see in the same universe/city/story? Judge Dredd and what else if at all?
