Or the tech is so alien, its hard for anyone to see it as
"tech".
Example would be tech based on organic versus inorganics.
Inorganics such as metals and silicon.
Organic such as what our bodies used?
Magic, there is beings in our world that can cause electrical
shocks, and sonar, so why not one step beyond? Broadcast power
but not how we do it using tech based on Tesla/Marcony, but on
the Electric Eel or Bat?
The idea is that its till fantasy, but the underlying is not,
but like a VR world, its tech underneath but how we see things
is in a fantasy way? Like if Matrix was not 20th century US, but
was land of Fairy?
