So its an good idea.. I did notice that Underworld 2, had
definitely some elements of the Masquerade. In how they was set
up, clothing snd social order, so moving it to an alternate
earth or fantasy world is not that hard..

Steampunk or more magic than science, but its much the same but
... Star Wars but takin to a major extreme of those who use the
"force" are power, those who do not are grunts/cattle?

More like.... Organic than hard machines?

Why no Underworld 3 or ... (copyright problms?)

Or how about make it a seperate reality in the Matrix one?

Actually, Underworld had TOO many similarities to the White Wolf
setting, so much so that White Wolf sued them for copyright
infringement.

I don't know where the case stands today.

several horror shows coming out, some even might make it, based

It's technically been done with Dark Ages Vampire, it
had all the source books to run it as fantasy rather
than historically correct. I think the main bok was
called Bygone Bestiary which had the classic
mythological creatures in as well as weapons and
suggestions for full fantasy settings.
It's a really nice idea to explore the start of the
curse and see what happens.
