Thanks so much for the call back today, and for your willingness to help bring Shadows of Liberty to Albuquerque!  You will find more info about the film and the tour below, but I first just want to confirm our event info.

We will host the event at the Albuquerque Center for Peace and Justice (202 Harvard SE, Albuquerque, NM, 87106) on Monday, May 4 at 7:30 PM.

We welcome any and all like-minded organizations to come on board as event Co-Sponsors, and any Co-Sponsor that wants their logo included on the flyer and their mission statement in the press release should send me both the logo and mission statement by Monday, April 13.

Co-Sponsorship entails:

1. Helping promote the event

2.  The option to have someone from the organization setup an informational table at the event or provide us with information to put out on the organization's behalf

3. The option of having someone from the organization participate on post film panel or helping us recruit for the panel

Organizations can of course come on board as event Co-Sponsors after next Monday, I just won't be able to add their info to the promotional material.

As far as the terms of using the space, just want to confirm we will do a pass that hat, and $40 of that will go to the Albuquerque Center for Peace and Justice and the remaining funds can be divided up among the sponsoring organizations.
