Directions to house: the 2 cross streets are Tramway and Paseo Del
Norte, Go one block north of Paseo to Live Oak, west on Live Oak,
turn left on Colony (1st street) (or if you miss Colony, turn left on
Tennyson.) Left on Carmel, right on Carmel Ct. My house is on the
east side of the street., 12612 Carmel NE, 87122

From Santa Fe, take Tramway exit. Go around the curve to the Tram.
there will be a stop sign. From there continue on Tramway to the
second light, which is Live Oak. Turn right(west) on Live Oak, left
on Colony, left on Carmel, right on Carmel Ct.
