Dear all,

Please consider submitting your research to our session on Hydrological and Biogeochemical Responses to Disturbances at AGU26!

Session Description

Disturbances such as droughts, hurricanes, wildfires, and heat waves are increasingly threatening watersheds, ecosystems, agricultural lands, and energy infrastructure worldwide. As such, we seek contributions that explore how disturbances alter hydrological and biogeochemical fluxes, flow pathways, and in-stream processes across spatial scales. More here

Our session features two invited speakers: Dr. Kayalvizhi Sadayappan (Penn State) and Dr. Sheela Murphy (USGS).

Session Conveners:

Sarah Godsey, Associate Professor, Idaho State University
Charuleka Varadharajan, Earth Staff Scientist, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab
Brittany Barreto, Postdoctoral Researcher, San Diego State University
Kevin Bladon, Associate Professor, Oregon State University
Nitin Singh, Assistant Professor, Auburn University

On behalf of all convenors,
Nitin Singh, PhD
Assistant Professor
