Dear All,
I hope this email finds you well.
You are invited to participate in the "
Assessment of the Advances and Barriers in Applying Remote Sensing Technologies for Water Quality Modeling" survey study because we feel that your engagement in the field of water resources management or remote sensing will help us develop a guiding document on the current state and future of water resources management integration with remote sensing. This survey is conducted by the Remote Sensing Applications for TMDL Modeling Task Committee (
link); part of the Environmental & Water Resources Institute (EWRI) of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
This survey should take about 15 minutes.
The outcome of this survey will help us assess the current status, barriers, and advancements needed for such convergence in the future. There are no direct benefits to taking this survey and the risks of taking this survey are no greater than those encountered in everyday life. Your information will be kept confidential to the extent allowed by law. The results of the research study may be published but your identity will remain confidential.
The final question (optional) allows you to provide an email to receive any final technical publications and announcements about this study. Besides this, we will not collect, analyze, store, or disclose any personally identifiable information. Please feel free to ask questions regarding this study. You may contact Dr. Saurav Kumar later if you have additional questions or concerns at
