to be held at the Campus Universitario Ernesto Quagliariello, Bari, July 3-5, 2023.
This
workshop aims at bridging the gap among lexicon and contents of
geosciences, hydrology, soil science, ecology, applied mathematics and
numerical analysis, trying to trigger novel mathematical modeling
approaches and numerical methods in these frameworks.
We encourage
the presentations of applications related -but not limited- to water
resources management, poromechanics, contaminant and multiphase flow,
geophysics inversion.
Speakers are, among others,
Vittorio Di Federico (Università di Bologna)
Matthew Farthing (U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center)

We are also glad to confirm that we also have a INTRUSION special issue in
Engineering with Computers, upon invitation. We expect the submission window to open in the next few days, more details to follow.
