Workshop INTRUSION 2023, 3-5 July, Bari

Dear Colleagues,

we would like to invite you to the following Workshop,

numerIcal aNalysis, porous media and waTer ResoUrceS: a fruItful cOntamiNation (INTRUSION 2023)

to be held at the Campus Universitario Ernesto Quagliariello, Bari, July 3-5, 2023.

This workshop aims at bridging the gap among lexicon and contents of geosciences, hydrology, soil science, ecology, applied mathematics and numerical analysis, trying to trigger novel mathematical modeling approaches and numerical methods in these frameworks.
We encourage the presentations of applications related -but not limited- to water resources management, poromechanics, contaminant and multiphase flow, geophysics inversion.

There are still few slots available for contributed talks, and a poster session for PhD students and young researchers.

 

We are also glad to confirm that we also have a INTRUSION special issue in Engineering with Computers, upon invitation. We expect the submission window to open in the next few days, more details to follow.
