Postdoc Position in Hydrologic and Environmental Modeling

A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available in the Water and Environmental Systems Analysis Lab at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. This position will conduct research on the integrated analysis and modeling of urban water and environmental systems, focusing on urban stormwater hydrology, nonpoint source pollution, and human-water dynamics.

 

Required qualifications:

(1) PhD in civil engineering, environmental science, computer science, or a related field;

(2) Research experience in hydrology, water resources, geospatial analysis, or machine learning;

(3) Excellent skills of scientific writing and communications.

 

Preferred qualifications:

(1) Experience with urban hydrologic or environmental models;

(2) Experience with socio-environmental analysis using agent-based or individual-based approaches;

(3) Experience with hydrologic or environmental fieldwork.
