Assistant Professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences/Environmental Studies

Virginia Wesleyan University invites applicants for a tenure track position in Earth and Environmental Science/Environmental Studies at the rank of Assistant Professor with a PhD in hydrology, hydrogeology or a related discipline. We seek a broadly trained teacher-scholar-mentor interested in involving undergraduate students in various forms of experiential learning with a passion for teaching and commitment to undergraduate education. Review of applications will begin March 1, 2026 and continue until the position is filled.
