Dear colleagues,

Abstract submission for EVAN 2026 in Delft is well underway! Submissions are open until 10 April 2026. We warmly encourage you to submit your abstract and contribute to a stimulating programme. You can submit your abstract here: https://evan2026.weebly.com/abstracts.html

We are delighted to present three distinguished keynote speakers who will together provide an integrated perspective on the analysis of extremes and natural hazards, spanning observations, modelling, and adaptation:

  • Dr. Karin van der Wiel (Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute – KNMI)
  • Prof. Dr. Amir AghaKouchak (University of California, Irvine)
  • Prof. Dr. Zita Sebesvari (United Nations University - Institute for Environment and Human Security)

We very much look forward to welcoming you to Delft on 21–23 July 2026!

Conference registration will open in April. For full details, including the programme and important dates, please visit our official website: https://evan2026.weebly.com/
