Dear Researchers

I am writing to let you know that SN Applied Sciences is currently welcoming submissions of original research to a Collection of Earth and Environmental Sciences: Innovations in Hydrology and Water Resource Management in the Global Southand I am now serving as one of the Guest Editors. We hope you consider this an outlet for a future research paper. Besides original research articles, SN Applied Sciences accepts other article types like Review papers, Short communications, Case studies, Data notes, and Registered reports.

If you are interested in preparing a manuscript for consideration at SN Applied Sciences as part of this Collection, please let us know. I would be happy to provide further detail. Submissions will be welcomed at any point up until 31 December 2023, but if you are unable to submit a manuscript before this date, please let us know as we may be able to be flexible.

The median turnaround time from submission to the first decision is 35 days. All manuscripts submitted to a Collection are assessed according to the standard SN Applied Sciences editorial criteria and peer review process and are subject to the submission guidelines. If accepted for publication, an article processing charge applies (with standard waiver policy). You can read more about the journal’s aims and scope on this page.

Submitting your manuscript is a quick process.  To submit your manuscript for consideration at SN Applied Sciences as part of this Collection, please follow the steps detailed on this page. During submission, you can select this Topical Collection from the drop-down menu in step 3. Please express your interest in the Collection in your cover letter and/or in the author's comments as well.

This article Collection is an excellent opportunity to highlight this critical area of research, and we hope you will be able to contribute.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.

Regards

Vikram Kumar
