Portable Translation Device

Hi all! 

We are looking into a translation device, like an iPad-type or other portable device to help with translating at our service desks and outreach events. Does anyone have recommendations for a device and/or software they've used for libraries?

We just use the Google Translate app and use the Conversation feature on it.  We don't need to use it often, but it works well enough to bridge the gap when needed.  We have a phone or iPad at each service desk that has it installed [usually old ones that have been repurposed], then we use iPads for book bike/outreach that also have it installed.

There are probably better options out there, but this one was free with what we already had on-hand in the building.
