We recently introduced our newest mascot Joy Joy to the Public. She is a multi poo and weighs 3.5 lbs and she is a hit with kids and adults alike. Our PR person is blowing up social media with pics of her. She also had her picture in our local paper. Our staff gave suggestions for her name at a staff meeting for fun. Someone suggested Joy and it seemed to fit.

Thought I would share pics and hope she brought you a little joy today.

For those of you who knew the former mascot "Baby" she retired last summer after 11 years of service.

Thank you for sharing your “Joy” with us, Kris! She is a cutie and I’m sure brings smiles to all. I love your bookmobile decorations too. We just had our Christmas parade this past weekend, Here are pictures of our decorated bookmobile. They are from last year because I only took one this year.

How do you attach the lights to your bookmobile? We are looking for a way to attach lights that won't mess up our wrap.

Also, both of these vehicles are so festive and cheerful. Bet your customers love it.

Gaffers tape. Holds strong and comes off without upsetting the wrap or paint job. We've used it many times on our vehicle for parades. Works great!

Anne,

We attach the top lights by clipping them in the drip rails.

Some of our bookmobile is steel so we are able to run the bottom lights around with super strong magnets. Even though there are some tapes that would be safe for the wrap, I hesitate to tape anything to it.
