Transition from Summer Reading to All Year Round

Hello everyone,

Apologies for any cross-posting.  Our district is looking at transitioning from a large focus on summer reading to a broader focus year round.  Are there other libraries who have transitioned from a high focus on summer reading to an all year focus? If so:

What are their goals?

What does it look like, especially with regard to that bookmobile. 

What are the best practices?
Have they seen a difference in reading?
What did they encounter/experience with patrons, staff, etc? 
What partnerships do you have for this?
