各位家长朋友好:

目前，美国国内严重的流行感冒和中国国内新型肺炎传播到美国的疫情，需要引起我们的高度重视！为了保护师生及每个家庭的健康，保护每一个学生的安全，我们做出以下决定：

1. 请近期回过中国的家长、孩子和老师自觉地在家里呆够14天度过潜伏期，才能回到学校。近期未来有计划回中国的家长也请到学校办公室报备一下。

2. 我们学校和各家庭要在各环节严格预防。有感冒的、感觉不适的孩子，请家长一定留在家里查看，并及时看医生检查病情。如在校园内发现孩子精神状况不佳，发烧，咳嗽，喷嚏，腹疼等不适症状，我们会立即通知家长，并要求家长及时接走就医。

3. 学校，家庭都做好环境卫生工作。我们在校在家认真教导孩子预防感冒的方法，提醒孩子们勤洗手，每日洗澡更衣。多喝水，勤喝水。

一切为了我们的孩子，为了大家有个健康安全的环境，此时此刻人人有责，给大家带来的不便之处，希望家长们都能够理解，支持！愿大家和我们的孩子们都健康平安！安度春节！ 

Dear Parents, Students, Teachers and Friends,

At present, the U. S. domestic flu and China's new type of pneumonia spread to the U. S., and we need to pay close attention! In order to protect the health of teachers, students and families, and to protect the safety of every student, we make the following decisions:

1. Parents, children and teachers who have recently returned from China should consciously stay at home for 14 days to get through the incubation period before returning to school. Parents who have plans to go back to China in the near future, please report to the school office.

Our school and families should take strict precautions at all stages. If you have a cold or feel unwell, please stay at home and check with your doctor. If we find that your child has a fever, cough, sneezing, abdominal pain and other symptoms on campus, we will inform the parents immediately and ask the parents to take him/her to a doctor in time.

3. Schools and families need to do a good job of sanitation. We carefully teach children at home to prevent colds, remind children to wash their hands frequently, and take a bath and change clothes every day. Drink lots of water. Drink lots of water. Drink lots of water frequently.

For our children and for everyone to have a healthy and safe environment, at this moment, everyone is responsible for taking extra precautions. I hope that parents can understand and support the efforts to stop the spread of illness! May you and your children be healthy and safe!  Happy Spring Festival!
