After speaking to Lillian Shirt, who is heading this round dance, I found out that her grandfather Wandering Spirit who was hung after the 1885 rebellion had his children stashed away in different communities with different relatives. Alice McAdam, the 100 year old lady is one of his grandchildren. Alice McAdam was my father's first cousins... Thier dad's then were related in what way....
I hope to get some of these answers when i attend the round dance as well as some of the discussions that are being proposed to be done on the 29th. According to Lillian Shirt, the elders will be talking of predictions spoken by the elders long time ago as well.
