[announce] Abohar group takeover or co-admin options

Hi All,

Regrets that this group has lately seen increase in spam than actual
group member growth or even member posts.

And with very little personal time I get left with to devote
administrating this group, I am open to suggestions to let this group
be taken over, or for co-administration to weed out unwanted members
or bots or spam etc.

Also I am open for an opinion poll to suggest removing this group if
this seems useless.
