Hi everyone,

I don't think anyone's sent info about this seminar to the permaculture lists yet (see details attached & below). We should have done, as it's very relevant to Permaculture!

Apologies for letting you know so late in the day, & for any cross-posting.

Emma

Hi Everyone,
Just a note about an event at the end of the month come along and revisit Torridon or if you've never been come and enjoy life in Torridon with like minded folk.
Those interested in growing food, gathering and managing wild harvests of food will find the event useful.
Those interested in managing woodland in a diverse and sustainable way might look at the woodland/forest croft possibilities and encourage release of land for this purpose this is certainly one of the themes for the weekend.

Hi Folks

I’m on a push to get some more bookings in for our event at the end of the month. If you could please pass this info on to folks you think would be interested/ any communication networks, I’d be very grateful.

Bookings need to be in to me by the end of this week as I need to let the caterers know numbers by Monday.

The seminar is FREE for members of CWA, CWA groups, DTAS, Reforesting Scotland, Community Land Scotland etc and we can help with travel and accommodation costs for members of CWA groups based in the Highland LEADER area and Argyll.

People are welcome to attend for the whole event or part of it – just need to tick the appropriate boxes on the booking form so’s we know for catering etc.

Please pass it on to anyone else who you think would be interested too – it’s only £10 to join CWA if they are not a member of any appropriate group. J

Cheers

Di

Regards
