ABMs in Science

Hi all,

I hope everyone's having a good end of the quarter/start of summer break!

I just happened upon an article in a recent issue of Science about using ABMs to predict the toxicity in algae in Lake Erie. It's not exactly the sort of thing we study, but I thought it was a cool application of an ABM and there was an interesting perspective article about it that discussed ABMs more broadly - both are attached if anyone's interested in taking a look.
