The Ponderosa Bedroom Set features beautiful distressed wood and nail heads along the trim. The large style of the bed makes it a popular choice for master bedrooms. The set includes the Ponderosa bed, dresser, chest, and 1 door nightstand.
This floor plan is four rooms. The bathroom is in the top left corner and contains a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. The bathroom connects to a bedroom in the bottom left corner. The bedroom measures 12 feet by 13 feet, 2 inches. There is also a closet. The top right corner of the picture shows the front door which enters into the kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The washer and dryer are located to the left of the front door, adjacent to the kitchen and the living room. The living room, in the bottom right corner measures 13 feet, 11 inches by 15 feet, 10 inches and connects to the bedroom on the left side.

The bathroom contains a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. The bedroom to the right of the living room measures 12 feet, 1 inch by 11 feet, 9 inches and connects to a bathroom in the bottom right of the picture. This bathroom also contains a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity with sink.
This option allows you to have a private bedroom and bathroom in a two bedroom unit where you will sign a license agreement. Another person, on a separate license agreement, will be assigned to the other bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, living room and laundry room are shared by both residents.
Overlooking a dramatic mountain vista, Ponderosa features 3,600 feet of generous living space with an open kitchen and dining area, full kitchen, a soaring vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. A multi-tiered deck overlooks a private trout pond tucked among the Ponderosa pines with mountain views in the distance.
Ponderosa is a three bedroom, three bath cabin that comfortably accommodates six guests traveling together, seeking a private setting and abundant space. For larger groups additional guests can be accommodated. It also serves as a magnificent venue for an executive board retreat or other small meeting. Ponderosa is just under a mile from the Main Lodge and a golf cart is provided from May 15 to October 1. During snowy months, we do recommend a car, or Staff will be happy to chauffeur you to the Dining Room and ranch activities.
If you ever feel like leaving this beautiful, fully- equipped home, Riding Ranch is just steps from Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort where you can swim in the pool, horseback ride, play miniature golf, zip-line, dine, or just grab your favorite cup of coffee or tea.
Furthermore, this 5 bedroom/ 5.5 bath is within walking distance to several Zion Ponderosa trail heads, where you can hike or take a Jeep tour of the surrounding picturesque area. Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon are all in nearby proximity as well.
You can make memories with loved ones at our family-friendly pool and jacuzzi located at the resort property. The main recreation area is outfitted with a climbing wall, mini golf course, paintball, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and many other activities so you can stay active in a variety of ways without having to leave the comfort of the resort.
The Ponderosa cabin is an individual one bedroom cabin with a full kitchen (minus an oven), bathroom and living room. The bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed and the living room has a full sofa sleeper. The living room has a gas fireplace, cable television and DVD player. Free wireless internet access and air conditioning.
Ponderosa Cluster houses four cabins, two downstairs and two upstairs. The downstairs cabins each have three bedrooms and the upstairs cabins have two bedrooms. Each cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twins and if there is a third bedroom, it also has two twin beds. Ponderosa cluster is a short distance from the Main Lodge and all cabins have decks with views of Fallen Leaf Lake.
Ponderosa Room is located within the Big Pine Lodge and offers a very private small meeting venue. The room has fully integrated AV, with large screen smart TV, Apple TV, built in sound system, and is hybrid-ready with the use of our 360 degree videoconferencing device.
Book the entire seven bedroom Big Pine Lodge for your team, with overflow loding rooms available in Sugar Pine Lodge. Big Pine Lodge also has a larger meeting space on the first floor, well suited to dining and living room style socializing. There is also a large lawn outside of the lodge for getting a bit of sun, fresh mountain air, and changing the scenery between your meeting sessions.
An ideal community for upper-classmen that offers a more independent lifestyle with the benefits of living on campus. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and 4-5 single or double occupancy bedrooms. Although Ponderosa is not air conditioned, summer temperatures are usually quite moderate and opening windows generally keeps apartments comfortable.
Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their apartment and should stock household cleaners. Resident Assistants provide temporary access to vacuum cleaners upon request. Repairs and regular maintenance of residence halls are performed by University Housing Maintenance. Residents may submit maintenance requests online.
This bedroom set comes standard in our medium finish but can be ordered in other colors. Any special colors will have varying lead times. Little Ponderosa is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located on bustling Lake Delton. This home is set in a wooded area with a spectacular view of the lake. Little Ponderosa provides: WIFI, 2 internet TV's private dock, picnic table, washer and dryer, fire pit, and a deck with a charcoal grill for all of your grilling needs. Lake Delton is known for its fishing and water sports, but many just come to sit by the water and relax. The fire pit is perfect for family gatherings and roasting marshmallows with the kids!
Quiet Zone Area. These homes are in quiet residential areas that will not tolerate noise after 10 PM. We cannot allow DJ's and/or other live music at any of our rental properties. No tents, campers or RV's are allowed.

As the largest cabin on property at Sylvan Lake, our Cathedral Spires Cabin has it all. A designer kitchen, a beautiful, private backyard patio surrounded by the spires, and all four bedrooms offer en suite baths.
Three bedroom house includes, one queen size bed in master bedroom and two single beds in both guest guest rooms. There is a full kitchen with an oven/stove, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Also includes living and dining area. Linens are provided.

Keep in mind that we do NOT rent out the campsite during the months of June and July because it is in use at that time. Camp Ponderosa Ranch is available for rent from the 2nd week of August through the 4th weekend in May.
