Autodesk Find Serial Number

I have an account through a University, and I verified my account through the email I signed up with, but when I downloaded Maya, I can't find my serial number for activation! I never received an email, and it doesn't show up in my account under my products. I know where it should be, but I can't find it there. Please help.

I was having the same problem. The solution that worked for me was: first unistall all the software related to AutoCad (in my case) I had so far. This Way I could start again from zero. Then, downloading from the Autodesk Account and installing again, here is when I noticed that during the installation process I had the option to sign in, and by this option the license was activated automatically. What @DarrenP says is right. I suposse we as students won't be required neither serial nor key numbers, only the people that ara not qualified as students or educadores.
