The Presidential Administration's Media Relations Department has responded to unreliable information regarding President Aslan Bzhaniya's visit to Moscow that has been circulating in various periodicals and social networks.
"The basis of the constitutional order of the Republic of Abkhazia, as a sovereign, democratic, and legal state, established historically by the right of the people to free self-determination, is enshrined in law and is not subject to discussion. President Aslan Bzhaniya exercises his powers in strict accordance with the laws and the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia, of which he is the guarantor of execution," the statement says.
