Auxjad library release

Hello everyone,

I've been working on a Python library based on Abjad as part of my PhD
project and I'm now releasing it with version 1.0. This library, named
Auxjad, contains classes that I use for my own algorithmic compositions
as well as a bunch of utility functions.
