Thank You All

Reading through all of your comments, messages, and reflections over the past few days has touched me more deeply than I can express. As I close this chapter after more than two decades with CAWST, your words have reminded me once again of the extraordinary community I have been blessed to walk alongside.

Thank you for celebrating this milestone with me, for sharing memories from the field, for your encouragement, and for the warmth you’ve shown as I step into retirement. Each message has been a beautiful reminder of the relationships, the shared purpose, and the collective spirit that made this journey so meaningful.

The work we have done together—across countries, cultures, and countless communities—has never been about one person. It has always been about us: the people who believe in knowledge as a catalyst for change, who show up with compassion, who lift others up, and who carry the mission forward with unwavering dedication. Seeing your reflections has reaffirmed just how powerful that shared commitment truly is.

As I move into this next season of life, I carry your kindness with me. I carry the memories, the lessons, the laughter, the challenges, and the victories we shared. And I carry a deep gratitude for every single person who has been part of this remarkable story.

Thank you for walking this path with me. Thank you for your trust, your partnership, your friendship, and your belief in the work. May we all continue to be guided by purpose, strengthened by community, and grounded in the knowledge that even the smallest act of service can ripple across generations.

May God’s grace and love continue to surround each of you and keep you safe.

It has been heartfelt news about your leaving Cwast Tal Woosly you were more than afather from the day one I came to know you in Kajo keji south Sudan, you trainings, demonstration, communication and the team spirit you heard was good. 

Me personally Woja Daniel Mono wishes you best journey in your next endeavor.
